Payment & Delivery

How can I pay?

We accept the following method of payment – PayPal, American Express of Visa & Mastercard credit cards. We also accept payment into our Maybank or CIMB  banking account. For payment via our Maybank or CIMB  banking account, kindly place an order with us via this form and we will confirm with you the availability of item as well as banking-in details.

What payment portal do you use?

Shop with confidence at Deuter Online as our checkout is secured with up to 256-bit SSL encryption. For payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express, we use the well-known PayPal secured payment portal. This gives you the assurance that we are a legitimate online business and that purchasers can file a dispute in the event the products do not arrive as expected.

How about Cash on Delivery?

COD can be arranged on a case by case basis for Kuala Lumpur city centre. We shall require a cash deposit of 20% of the price of the item (eg. if the product costs RM200, you will need to deposit RM40) into our designated Maybank or CIMB  banking account prior to delivery. The balance 80% shall be payable upon hand delivery of the product. Please contact us for COD arrangement. The cash deposit shall be forfeited if the buyer fails to turn up at the pre-agreed location and time.

What is your delivery timescale?

We pack and ship the products direct from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Assuming that everything you want is in stock then it normally takes us up to 7 working days for the delivery to reach you in Malaysia. We will send you an email to inform you upon the despatch of your purchased item. Do note however, that the timescale is a general estimate based on the items we have sent and does not in any way represent a guarantee of timescale. The customer acknowledges and accepts that actual timescale is at the sole discretion of the courier provider. On our part, we shall do our best to ensure that your order reaches you in the shortest time possible.

What delivery services do you offer?

Presently, we ship the products using City-Link Express. Items will be tracked and you will be given the tracking code upon confirmation of despatch.

Do you deliver to destinations other than Malaysia?

Yes we do on a case by case basis! Write to us by using the Contact Form and we will revert to you with a full quotation on the shipping charges. Please note that all deliveries will be despatched via City-Link Express courier service or equivalent wherein a signature is required upon delivery. Countries which we have successfully delivered todate are Australia, Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and the United States of America.
